The Deoxo system is designed to rectify the incoming hydrogen gas flow. The process is carried out through a catalytic reaction that allows up to 5 ppm of oxygen in the gaseous stream (99,9995% hydrogen purity).
This makes the Deoxo system ideal in providing extremely pure hydrogen for specific applications such as, for example, heat treatment of metals in a controlled atmosphere.

The AutoDryer system is designed to dry the incoming hydrogen gas stream, fully automatically. The operating principle is based on thermoregenerative adsorption: the gas stream to be dried passes through drying columns, which retain its moisture; thereafter, the columns are regenerated through a flow of nitrogen, allowing a new drying cycle to begin. The AutoDryer system allows a gas flow Dew Point lower than -70 °C to be reached.

ILT Energia column filters provide a simple and proven solution for drying the gaseous flow of hydrogen and/or oxygen using hygroscopic salt or adsorbent material that enables Dew point levels as low as -40 °C. Depending on the specific application, it is possible to customize the filter configuration to dry either hydrogen or oxygen individually, or to treat both gases simultaneously.To complete the system, the filters are equipped with backflow preventer safety valves and condensate purge valves.

The T-Dryer system is designed to dry the incoming hydrogen and/o oxygen gas flow using plate heat exchangers (condensers) and refrigerant fluid (water/glycol mixture) from a dedicated refrigerator. The use of the T-Dryer ensures a low dew point of the gas flow, which remains constant even with changes in ambient temperature within the operating limits of the refrigeration cycle.
