The electrolysis process performed by our Elite series generators allows the separate production of hydrogen and oxygen. The high levels of purity and the low production costs of the two gases, obtained through the use of the Elite series generators, favour their use in numerous industries, guaranteeing excellent performance in terms of precision and speed during the operations carried out.

Welding and brazing

The two gases produced by the Elite series generators are successfully used in all metal brazing operations.

The high level of oxygen purity (99.5%) produced by the Elite series generators allows quick and precise iron cutting, whether manual or through the use of single- or multi-point pantographs, even with thick surfaces.

Jewellery and silversmithing

Elite series generators can produce clean, precise soldering in this industry given the low production cost of the two gases generated separately along with the possibility of adjusting the flame and replacing the ammonia in annealing, welding, and anti-oxidation furnaces.

There are no carbonaceous combustion residues, meaning that all work can be carried out in situations where glass contamination is strictly forbidden.
