The Elite series generators produce hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis of distilled or demineralised water according to the following chemical equation:

2H₂O + ENERGY = 2H₂ + O₂

This reaction takes place in the electrolytic cell, which is the heart of the generator. Hydrogen and oxygen, produced by the electrolytic dissociation of the water molecule, are separately cooled, dehumidified and made available for use to the respective outlet valves of the system.
Demineralised (or distilled) water and electricity are the only consumptions of the process.

The Elite series of hydrogen and oxygen generators can be used in many areas of industry: manual and automatic braze welding, oxy-fuel cutting, jewellery and silversmithing, heat treatment of metals in controlled atmosphere furnaces, eyewear production, glass processing, electronic industry, food industry, alternator cooling, inflation of meteorological radiosondes, production of hydrogen by means of renewable energies and vehicle refuelling.
The new Elite series is characterized by state-of-the-art technological content, high energy efficiency, reduced maintenance costs, greater safety and efficiency, as well as ease of use and reliability that have always characterised the separate gas hydrogen and oxygen generators produced by ILT. These are full-fledged generation hydrogen and oxygen generators.
The new generators feature such significant levels of innovation and automation as to be classified as Industry 4.0 systems.
The graphic interface is one of the most important innovative technical specifications of the new generators. Our technicians have created a more intuitive interface that is compliant with the standards required by Industry 4.0.
The enhances intuitiveness of the graphic interface helps the operator quickly and easily understand what is happening inside the generator.
The reference standards, on the other hand, are to be understood both in terms of hardware and of communication protocols used to build the interface.
