The two gases produced by the Elite series generators are successfully used in all metal brazing operations.

Elite generators produce oxygen at 99.00% purity, as stated in the series technical data sheet. For cutting applications, the system must be sized according to the purity, flow rate and pressure required by the specific process.

Elite series generators can produce clean, precise soldering in this industry given the low production cost of the two gases generated separately along with the possibility of adjusting the flame and replacing the ammonia in annealing, welding, and anti-oxidation furnaces.

Elite generators produce hydrogen at 99.5% ±0.2% purity, as stated in the series technical data sheet. For controlled-atmosphere metal treatment furnaces, the configuration must be checked against the process requirements.

The possibility of performing induction welding, used in spectacles, protecting the welding area with an inert atmosphere, formed by a mixture containing hydrogen, allows the reduction of deoxidising liquids and pickling.

The flame produced by the combustion of hydrogen and oxygen allows all glass heating, melting and cutting operations to be carried out with maximum precision while limiting the operator’s exposure to radiated heat. There are no carbonaceous combustion residues, meaning that all work can be carried out in situations where glass contamination is strictly forbidden.

Nitrogen produced by Nitro generators is used to create protective atmospheres in food packaging and wine and oil bottling. Purity, flow rate and pressure must be selected according to the requirements of the production line and product.

Extremely pure hydrogen produced by Elite series generators can be used at low cost In the production processes of electronic components.

The hydrogen produced by the Elite series generators can be used in power plants to cool alternators to replace traditional compressed gas cylinders.

We have developed a car refuelling system powered by hydrogen gas composed of a hydrogen generation unit, gas drying, purification and storage systems, compression up to 200 bar and refuelling dispensers.

Hydrogen produced by electrolysis can be used as an energy carrier in applications that use renewable energies (photovoltaic, wind).
