ILT Energia offers a system of plants capable of producing nitrogen independently. This system constitutes the new Elite series of Nitrogen Generators.
The Elite series generators use a special gas separation technique called PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption), which allows the production, from the compressed air, a continuous flow of nitrogen in the gaseous state capable of reaching purities of up to 99.999%.
towers filled with a carbon molecular sieve (CMS), which adsorbs the oxygen molecules separating them from the nitrogen ones. While the first series of columns produces nitrogen, the second is regenerated. This cycle is repeated over time to ensure the continuity of production.
Nitrogen production via PSA is extremely cost-effective as the costs incurred concern only the consumption of electricity to generate the amount of compressed air required by the generator.
The high simplicity and reliability of the Elite series generators, combined with the production of fully automatic nitrogen, make these systems extremely interesting.
