From September 11 to 13, 2024, in Piacenza, the 3rd edition of Hydrogen Expo will take place, the Italian trade fair dedicated to the technological sector for the development of the hydrogen supply chain and new technologies, such as hydrogen recovery from electrolyzers. This important event, organized by Mediapoint & Exhibitions, will offer three days of discussion on highly relevant topics related to energy transition and decarbonization, with hydrogen at the center of discussions as a fundamental vector for reducing CO₂ emissions and improving global sustainability.
In this context, ILT Energia will participate in the event with the aim of actively contributing to the development of the hydrogen sector by offering its expertise and innovative solutions. ILT Energia will present its electrolyzers for on-site production of hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen, highlighting their positive impact in the field of renewable energy and environmental sustainability projects.
Conference: “Solutions, opportunities, strategies for hydrogen production and use”
A key moment of the event will be the presentation by Vittorio Conte, R&D Engineer at ILT Energia, which will take place on September 12 in Sala B during the conference: “Solutions, opportunities, and strategies for hydrogen production and use.”
Conte will discuss the first project undertaken by ILT Energia for the recovery of hydrogen from electrolyzers. This project has enabled the recovery of approximately 60,000 Nm³/year of pure hydrogen, a valuable energy source that was previously wasted into the atmosphere.
The presentation will provide a detailed view of the benefits of corporate hydrogen recovery, highlighting how these technologies can help reduce energy waste and improve industrial process efficiency.
