Nitro Nitrogen Generators are plants designed to ensure independent nitrogen production, offering users complete independence from external supplies.
This system provides a continuous flow of nitrogen with purity constantly monitored through an oxygen residue analyzer, equipped with adjustable alarm threshold.
The production process of gaseous nitrogen is facilitated by the characteristics of the CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) molecular sieve, which absorbs oxygen molecules present in the air, separating them from those of nitrogen.
The Nitrogen Generator consists, depending on the models, of two series of containers (A and B), filled with CMS molecular sieve, which operate alternately through the air separation technique known as PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption). While the first series of columns produces nitrogen, the second is regenerated. This cycle repeats over time, ensuring continuity in production. This combination of elements, combined with the precision of the control instrumentation, guarantees an optimal solution to meet a wide range of needs.
The production costs of nitrogen are solely those related to the consumption of electrical energy for the generation of compressed air, necessary to meet the generator’s requirements, with the elimination of all additional costs. In addition to the advantage of the low cost of nitrogen, the system offers considerable flexibility of use, adapting perfectly to the user’s needs.
