Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
The ILT Group is seeking a Junior Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician. The candidate will be integrated into the maintenance team and will be responsible for maintenance operations on production machinery within the company.
Required Qualifications:
- Some experience in the role, including as an electrician
- High school diploma as an electrical technician or professional diploma in the electrical field
- Availability for travel within Italy and abroad
- Attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a team
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

The ILT Team experienced an unforgettable evening yesterday at Bowling Valdera, where employees tested their skills in a team competition to strengthen the bond among colleagues and share moments of relax and enjoyment outside the workplace.
Thanks to the collaboration between Lemass Holding and Fondazione Pontedera per a Cultura, all ILT Tecnologie and ILT Energia employees can access Enzo Fiore’s ‘Appropriation’ exhibition at PALP in Pontedera (PI) at a reduced price.
