The Elite series of hydrogen & oxygen separate gas generators allow the regulation of the combustion flame, require less maintenance and generate clean energy at low cost. In fact, no residues or carbon monoxide is produced and this translates into substantial cost reductions in terms of air purification systems.

Furthermore, additional cost reductions are possible for what concerns condensate disposal, as the new generators have an automatic drainage system capable of activating the internal recirculation of condensates and, therefore, not requiring purges external to the plant, meaning lower water consumption.

The latter factor, in turn, has a positive impact on air pollution. The condensate water contains residues of caustic soda and if released outside the plant is the main source of pollution. Re-directing the condensate water into the generator eliminates this source of pollution. Our Elite Series Generators do exactly this.

The Elite series generators are completely autonomous units. The elimination of external components such as filters and water tanks, along with their compact and lightweight design makes them easily portable. Their handling is made even easier as there is no accumulation of compressed gases during the production of hydrogen and oxygen and this guarantees extreme safety and better accident prevention.

Lastly, a major advantage of Elite series generators is the high level of purity of the gases produced. This result is due to the fact that the gas contamination with caustic soda is reduced to a minimum.

The absence of carbon monoxide allows operators to work without having to wear annoying respiratory masks and reduces the costs of air purification systems.

The amount of oxygen required in the hydrogen welding process is significantly lower than when using other combustible gases; the precision and cleanliness of the result is widely appreciated.
